Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of REKT Host ("we", "us"). By creating an account or ordering a service you agree to them.

Services. We provide game server hosting on a subscription basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Payment & renewal. Plans bill in advance per the interval shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. Late payment may result in suspension and, after a further period, termination and data deletion.

Acceptable use. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.

Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
