Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with REKT Host.

Failed provisioning. If we fail to deliver a server you paid for, you are automatically refunded in full.

New orders. If a new service does not work as described, contact support within 48 hours and we will work with you on a fix or refund.

Renewals. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time from your billing page.

Abuse. Services terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
